Transition is much more than moving from one classroom to another. At our school, we believe that successful transitions help children feel safe, confident and ready to learn. From a child's very first visit to Nursery through to their final days in Year 6, we carefully plan opportunities to ensure every pupil experiences a positive, supportive and exciting journey.

Our approach focuses on building strong relationships, sharing information effectively and preparing children both academically and emotionally for the next stage of their education.
